Dental Care
It is very important for the health of the teeth that the dangerous
plaque layer does not settle on the dental surface. Dental care should
start after the appearance of first milk tooth.

Brushing of milk teeth must be completed with a child toothbrush under
the assistance of parents. Once the child start to rinse his/her mouth
out, usually at the age of 4, teeth should be cleaned regularly with a
toothpaste and toothbrush. After appearance of permanent teeth, at the
age of 6-12, there is still need to pay attention because of the young
hard dental substance. Also milk teeth with cavities are a great danger
for permanent teeth.
Permanent teeth must be carefully maintained that they can still
function (chewing, speaking) at the age of 60-70.The best is to brush
your teeth after every meal and before going to bed with a medium
toothbrush, which is not older than 3 months, and with a fluoride
toothpaste.
The right technique of cleaning your teeth is consisted of a combined
roll and wipe out technique. The technique presented here, is suitable
for adults and children (from about 10 years). It is difficult to learn,
but cleans particularly effective.

Set the head of toothbrush at an angle about 45 ° to the dental axis and
marginal gingiva. The bristle ends are now just below threshold of the
gum. Press slightly (pressure of approximately 200g) and make small
circle movements on the location and wipe out food leftovers on tooth
surfaces and gums. After 3 to 4 circular movements drag the brush head
in contact with tooth and move (from the wrist) it in the direction to
the antagonist (over against) tooth. With this movement previously
dissolved coating (plaque) is finally removed. Put the brush again on
the edge of gum and tooth crown to wipe out. Repeat these in a range of
2-3 teeth for 5 to 6 times. Clean it section by section. A systematic
approach will facilitate your work and be sure not to forget areas. Do
not worry, it sounds complicated, but it is easy. At the beginning, the
brushing is certainly something a chore (even your wrists, you will
feel), but you will remember with so clean and smooth teeth that you do
not have up to date. Do not take famous 3 minutes of dental cleaning in
the beginning as a graduation - it will last clearly longer. Clean
everything systematically and be sure if the new technique works. Do not
return to the old, inadequate cleaning. Only practice makes it perfect.
